Arthur Sedille was up-front with police: He would often put a gun to his wife's head during fantasy sex play at their Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, home.

But Sedille said he didn't know the gun was loaded when he pressed it to his wife's head and pulled the handgun's slide back during sex on the night of December 21.

Now Sedille, 23, is facing the possibility of a murder charge in Canadian County, Oklahoma, in the death of his wife, 50-year-old Rebecca Sedille
-- who died when the handgun went off in their bedroom.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Oklahoma City police, Sedille said the shooting was accidental. He called 911 afterward, according to
police.

Investigators decided to arrest and jail Sedille on suspicion of first-degree murder out of an abundance of caution, said Oklahoma City police Master Sgt. Gary Knight. However, as of Tuesday
afternoon, formal charges had not been filed in the investigation, which
is ongoing, Knight said.

He declined to comment on investigators' findings so far.

Although a Canadian County judge found that probable cause exists to hold Sedille on the murder charge, assistant district attorney Paul Hesse
said Tuesday he has yet to receive a report from police on the case. As a
result, formal charges have not yet been filed, Hesse said.

Sedille remained jailed Tuesday in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Police in Oklahoma City -- which spans five counties and 700 square miles -- book
all of their prisoners into that county's jail, Knight said.

Dramatic CCTV footage captured a man narrowly avoiding certain death, when he manages to outrun a truck that was about to hit him.

Police in the Turkish city of Adiyaman just released of the incident that happened in early December.

53-year old Bekir Ozcan was casually crossing the street at a redlight. Before he could get to the other side the light turned green. The truck Ozcan was walking past didn’t see him and starts moving forward, leaving Ozcan no other choice but to try and outrun it.

Pedestrians managed to get the truck drivers attention, who slowed down just as Ozcan managed to throw himself on the road according to Yahoo UK.

Lucky to be alive, Ozcan’s got one hell of a story to tell to his grandkids.

The Playboy mogul announced his engagement to Crystal via Twitter, writing 'Yes, the ring I gave Crystal is an engagement ring.

Hugh Hefner has a more special thing to celebrate this holiday. He is engaged to Crystal Harris after proposing to her on Christmas night, December 25, tweeting "When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears. This is the happiest Christmas weekend in memory...I got what I was hoping for for Christmas...Crystal's love."



Soon after, he made it clear about his engagement to the 24-year-old Playboy Playmate. "Yes, the ring I gave Crystal is an engagement ring. I didn't mean to make a mystery out of it. A very merry Christmas to all," the Playboy founder added.

84-year-old Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris, who is 60 years old his junior, began dating in 2008 while he was also still dating identical twin models Kristina and Karissa Shannon. He, however, ended his relationship with Kristina and Karissa in January this year.

Hefner has previously married twice. The first one was with Mildred Williams whom he wed in 1949 before divorcing in 1959. He walked down the aisle for the second time with Playmate of the Year Kimberley Conrad. Their divorce was just finalized in 2009 after separating for 11 years. He has four children from these two marriages.
